Generations Hella Good Lager
Who said light beer can’t have bold flavor?  Brewed with both Gambrinus honey malt and orange blossom honey, this beer leads with a sweet graham cracker aroma but has a crisp dry finish!  This Köln-Style blonde beer is an ale lager hybrid and is cold conditioned to perfection in the German tradition.  Prost!
Malts: 2Row, Marris Otter, Goldpils Vienna, Honey Malt
Hops: Galena, Santiam
Yeast: Kölsch Ale, Helles Lager

Generations Pretzel City American Amber Ale
Craft brewing is all about celebrating tradition and heritage and getting to have fun while doing so.  Our amber ale is loaded up with melanoidin and caramel malts that make the brewery smell like a bakery at sunrise.   That’s why we thought it would be fun to throw locally made pretzels right into the mash.
Malts: Pale, GoldPils Vienna, C-60, Melanoidin, Mild Malt
Hops: Galena, 7C's
Yeast: American Ale II

Generations No Promises Extra Pale Ale
Our favorite beer is the one we’ve never had before!  So, we’re ready if you are, to take an adventure and explore the world of Humulus Lupulus, Hops.  Expect the unexpected, every batch of No Promises will be hopped with several different hop varieties every time we make it.  Help us navigate through forests of new experimental hops!
Malt: Pale, C-40, Red Wheat

Generations Tawny Oaked Aged Irish Strong Ale
Imagine a time when glass bottles, aluminum cans, and stainless-steel kegs didn’t exist.  Somehow ales had to be packaged and transported to the people! That’s right, oak barrels! This big bodied Irish strong ale was aged on whiskey soaked oak spirals to recreate the sweet and warming vanilla flavors of barrel aging!
Malt: English Pearl Malt, Red Wheat, White Wheat, Mild Malt, C-60, C-120, Black Prinz
Hops: Galena, UK Fuggles
Yeast: American Ale
