Our meads reach their delicious taste during long-term aging. The raw material for their production is bee honey, water and herbs.
As in ancient times, the production does not use artificial colorings, flavorings, preservatives, stabilizers and ripening. By applying these measures, we could accelerate production and reduce costs, however, this would conflict with our intended and highly sought-after goal of producing a high-quality mead for our customers to enjoy.
The unique taste and fullness of our meads are captured by storing them in stone bottles made the old-fashioned way with Bolesławiec pottery clay, similar to the historic Polish tradition.

The main types of meads produced by our company:
Półtorak – formed by mixing one-part honey with a half part water. Due to the high concentration of sugars, fermentation takes a long time and mead matures after about nine years of aging.
Dwójniak – formed by mixing one-part honey with one-part water. Dwójniak is a sweet honey with maturation lasting more than four years.
Trójniak – formed by mixing one-part honey with two parts waters. This is semi-sweet mead, with maturation lasting around a year.
Fruit meads are produced by replacing at least 30% of water for fermentation with fruit juice. Dwójniak Maliniak is formed by the addition of raspberry juice. Dwójniak Jabłkowy is formed with the addition of apple juice. Półtorak Gronowy is formed by adding grape juice to the mead.

DWÓJNIAK AM – produced from a mixture of summer and autumn honey with a touch of aromatic home-grown herbs.
Stored in stoneware and glass bottles. Matured by aging. It has an alcohol content measuring around 15%. A barely detectible note of bitterness when added to the overall lightness results in pure drinking pleasure.

DWÓJNIAK KORONNY – a typical dwójniak produced with equal parts honey and water with a mixture of specialty herbs from Poland and produced with mainly dark autumn honey.
Matured by aging. Stored in both stoneware and glass bottles. The alcohol content is around 15%. A drinking wine marked by freshness and smoothness surrounded by the deep aroma of Polish honey.

DWÓJNIAK MALINIAK – a fruity drinking wine with a minimum of 30% of the water needed for production replaced by raspberry juice.
Created from the highest quality multi-flower honey. Matured by aging. It is stored in stoneware and glass bottles. The alcoholic content is around 15%.
With a pleasing and sought-after aroma, although not overly fruity, its excellent taste is due in part to the tannin balance and a touch of bitterness added by the honey. Contains a large amount natural anti-oxidant.

TRÓJNIAK TRYBUNALSKI – a typical trójniak produced with the proportions of one-part honey to two parts waters.
Matured by aging. The alcohol content is around 13% , a slightly more dry an less intense taste than dwójniak results. Even so, a uniquely deep aroma provides an unforgettable sensory experience.
