Jenlain Blonde
Little sister of the famous Amber, she is a blonde of character, an authentic specialty beer of the North. Its recipe has been worked in the line of Amber while promoting the aromatic and fragrance through the dosage of hops. With its light bitterness, the Blonde is appreciated as an aperitif. Alc 6.8% vol
Appearance: Yellow gold button color. Off-white, creamy mousse.
Nose: Grains, earth, rustic then white flowers, yellow fruits, greenery.
Mouth: Lively, bubbly, many esters brought by the yeast, spices, a little sweet finish.
With its hints of terroir and mild bitterness, the Jenlain Blonde has a place for lunch. You can enjoy it with white meat dishes: pork, poultry, Potjevleesch, jelly terrine but also a dish of mussels or cheese.

Jenlain Ambrée
A high fermentation beer, Jenlain Ambrée is one of the first French specialty beers. It owes its success to its inimitable taste stronger than all modes. Its coppery color, its aromas of cooked fruit and caramel make it a beer widely known for tasting but also a perfect ally for cooking. Alc 7.5% vol
Appearance: Amber color with orange highlights, limpid. Creamy ivory foam, very fine bubbles.
Nose: Roasted malts, toast crust, hazelnuts, roasted almonds, tonka bean.
Mouth: Lively paleness, soft round texture. Slightly sweet attack on the caramel.
Jenlain Ambrée can be enjoyed between 6 and 8 ° C.
In the Jenlain Ambrée there are notes of caramel, bread, hazelnuts and toasted almonds, as well as nuts, tonka beans and orange marmalade.
These flavors are particularly well-suited to tastes such as chorizo, black pudding, but also smoked salmon, spicy beef tartar and salty sweet dishes ... Not to mention the famous Maroilles cheese, king cheese and icon of the North! And at the end of the meal to finish on a sweet note, we recommend desserts with orange or chocolate.
