PETER BRUM FAMILY OF NOBLESSE GERMAN WINES
BRUM stands for success, continuity, and nobility. PETER comes from the founder of the company and dates back to 1636, when PETER founded his company in Germany. The term Noblesse indicates the wine comes from premium, noble grapes. Origin of these premium grapes can be traced to Germany’s Rheinhessen and Mosel-Saar-Ruwer.
PETER BRUM LIEBFRAUMILCH
Grapes: A blend of Riesling, Kerner, Silvaner and Müller-Thurgau
Appellation: Rheinhessen, Germany. Q.m.P.
Notes: This fruity and mellow wine is straw to gold in color. The nose is floral with notes of ripe apricot and orange. On the palate, the wine enters with flavors of baked apple and a hint of honey. Fresh and clean.
Food Pairing: Complements lighter chicken and pasta dishes or pair with spicy ethnic cuisine, especially Thai and Indian.

PETER BRUM RIESLING
Grapes: 100% Riesling.
Appellation: Rheinhessen, Germany. Q.b.A.
Notes: Made from the most vinified grape in Germany, Riesling has become the premier grape of the country since the 19th century. Highly aromatic with a distinct nose of floral, citrus and mineral. Fresh and fruity on the palate with noticeable sweetness that is perfectly balanced by firm acidity.
Food Pairing: Delightful when paired with vegetable dishes, soups, salads and fish dishes. Especially well-suited to pair with sushi, and spicy Asian cuisine.

PETER BRUM BACCHUS
Grapes: 100% Bacchus (a hybrid of Riesling-Sylvaner and Müller-Thurgau)

Notes: Vinified to be a sweet white wine, it is straw in color with golden reflections. It exhibits floral aromas with hints of pear reinforced on the palate. It is sweet, crisp, light and pleasant.
Food Pairing: Excellent with light salads, soft cheeses and Asian cuisine. Pairs perfectly with desserts, especially creamy dishes.

PETER BRUM GOLDSPARKLER
Grapes: A blend of Trebbiano, Riesling, Rivaner and Airen.
Appellation: Rheinhessen, Germany. Q.b.A.
Notes: Straw-yellow in color. The nose is reminiscent of golden apple, pear and citrus. Persistent but fine bubbles. The presence of golden apple is reinforced on the palate with melon and a hint of lemon. Fruit driven with a lasting finish.
This wine is enhanced with the special addition of 24ct gold leaf during bottling enhancing the look in the bottle and glass and making this the ultimate wine to enjoy a special occasion or to create a special occasion.
Food Pairing: The perfect wine for a special toast or use as an aperitif. With food, pair with delicate shellfish and fish dishes and appetizers.
