Lumberjack is dry with a slight kiss of bright pear and tart rhubarb. Light, clean, subtle.
INGREDIENTS: Fresh pressed apple juice, pear, rhubarb.


SCHILLING ASCENDER GINGER HARD CIDER
ABV 6.5%    TA 5.3 / 10    BRIX 3.5 / 6
Ascender is packed with fresh ginger. Bold, straight forward, high palette impact.
INGREDIENTS: Fresh pressed apple juice, fresh ginger puree.


SCHILLING MISCHIEF MAKER POMEGRANATE HARD CIDER

Full bodied, fruit forward, and perfectly balanced. Bright and slightly tart.  INGREDIENTS: Fresh pressed apple juice, pomegranate and cranberry juice.


SCHILLING LONDON DRY HARD CIDER

London Dry is an English pub style cider. Clean, simple, straight forward and bone dry.
