Incredibly soft, fresh and delicate scent of agave, Ollitas is the result of attention to detail that our tequila experts provide him from the moment of agave selection for “jima” at its point of optimum maturity, which guarantees the best features to develop an exceptional tequila, also accentuating with its slow cooking in traditional masonry ovens and triple distillation process.
A versatile tequila which by its nature it may be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or mixed in cocktails and margaritas.
Extraction: Traditional mills process.
Fermentation: Slow procedure special natural yeast strain maintained virtually unchanged for years as part of our original recipe.
Distillation: Triple distilled using traditional method in stainless steel stills.
Agave: Agave Azul Tequilana Weber cultivated in our own fields and selected by experts tequila experts combines the best qualities to make a great tequila.
Cooking: Using traditional masonry ovens with a slow cooking process and subsequent natural cooling.
