It pours a light golden beer with an average white head. The nose is leafy with hints of apricots, hops and hay. The taste is oily, wonderfully bready with a hint of hay, apricots, elderflower, wild strawberries, hops and herbs. A very nice biscuity mouthfeel. The quintessential local favorite in Hamburg, this is a well-balanced Pils with a smooth bitterness, mild palette, and delicate finish. What a beauty! A flawless, highly enjoyable beer.
