Burnside Road winds through the picturesque Russian River Valley wine-growing region of Sonoma County, California. Dotted with orchards, family farms and secluded dwellings, it boasts some of northern California’s most prized grapevines and many celebrated winegrowers.
We established Burnside Road back in 2007 with the sole focus of showcasing the very best wines produced in California's renowned Wine Country. Starting small, we have since grown to supply carefully crafted wines from appellations throughout the North Coast, working hard to ensure each bottle is a true representation of the exceptional regions, varied soils and diverse climates where the grapes are grown.
The high elevation Red Hills, Lake County AVA is fast gaining recognition for its distinctive Cabs. Located on the south-west shore of Clear Lake, in the northern Mayacamas Mountains, the grapes typically enjoy a long hang time as hot summer days are cooled by gentle Pacific breezes.

Burnside Road Red Hills, Lake County Cabernet Sauvignon has pronounced aromas of raspberry leading to cherry, cinnamon and rich coffee flavors which fuse on the full, satisfying palate.
The nuanced finish is long and complex with hints of licorice and leather showcasing soft tannins and a well-balanced acidity.
We recommend pairing this wine alongside blue cheese-topped burgers with caramelized onion, hearty shepherd’s pie or herb mashed potatoes.

Burnside Road Sunset Red was blended and aged to perfection in premium French oak barrels. Sourced from carefully chosen vineyards in California’s renowned North Coast growing region.
The wine boasts an elegant structure with soft tannins and savory spice notes. The lingering finish echoes the wine’s ripe black fruit aromas with notes of lively blueberry and dark chocolate throughout.
Enjoy our Burnside Road Sunset Red with hoisin ribs, roasted parsnips and good friends.
