Tequila is proudly a Mexican spirits produced by fermenting and distilling agave sugar, but only from the blue tequilana Weber variety of agave. The cultivation of this plant plus the production and bottling of tequila has a “Denomination of Origin” promoted by the Mexican government that protects and guarantees the authenticity of products bearing the name “Tequila”.
Casta Pasion Reposado
Nose: Butterscotch, toffee, vanilla, cream, honey, brown sugar, fruity, papaya, citrus, agave, grass, roots, wine, light.
Palate: Toffee, butterscotch, honey, raisin, brown sugar, fruity, dried fruit, agave, floral, lavender, cinnamon, nutmeg, spicy, pepper, oak, wood, smoky, silky, smooth.
Finish: Toffee, fruity, raisin, vanilla, creamy, coffee, spice, oak, smooth, clean, balanced, beautiful, easygoing.
Casta Pasion Extra Añejos

The most aged and expensive form of tequila — attracts all palates, from seasoned tequila drinkers to newbies who find their rich oak flavors reminiscent of other dark spirits.
This is still a relatively new category for tequila. The CRT officially established “Extra Añejo” (XA) as a fourth classification in 2006, for tequilas aged 3-years or longer. Fans of XAs often say they enjoy “the complexity and depth that an oak barrel can bring.”
