The Gräfliches Hofbrauhaus Freising is owned by the family of the counts of Toerring-Jettenbach, one of the oldest Bavarian noble families, which for over 500 years has run several breweries in Bavaria.
The tradition-rich history of the Hofbrauhaus dates back to the 11th century.
The Gräfliches Hofbrauhaus Freising Brewhouse Beer products are brewed to strict specifications using the best quality ingredients from local origins for maximum flavor and freshness and are strictly manufactured after the Bavarian Purity Law as of 1516.
All our beers do not contain preservatives. Our own laboratory controls our strict demand on value creation at every stadium of the manufacturing process. We are member of the Slow Brewing Union which guarantees the traditional, quality-based brewing, fermentation and maturation process.
Our beers are brewed at our brewery located at Mainburger Str. 26, Freising in Bavaria, Germany, established in 1160.
