The building itself it's a fine piece of art: San Roque image it's made by little pieces of glasiris.
Mi Terruño's winery capacitiy is found in stainless steel tanks, pools with epoxy and oak barrels. It also has, advanced technology machines for a unique care to the raw material in each elaboration stage.

Mayacaba - Malbec

Climate: Dry and continental, with great exposure to the sun which allows perfect ripening.
Vine cultivation: vertical launch position on trellises.
Harvest data: Manual in 15 kg containers, collected between April 2nd and 15th.
Yield: 5,500 kg / ha
Vinification: The grapes were shelled and crushed. contact with cold skin before fermentation. 12 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 27-29ºC. Maceration after fermentation. Natural malolactic fermentation.
Aging process: French oak barrels for 20 months.
Color: Garnet red with bluish reflections.
Aroma: perfectly ripe red fruits. A great variety of aromas of oak wood are appreciable as well; vanilla, smoke, roasted and spicy.
Mouth: Concentrated, expressive and appetizing. Silky tannins that give way to a torrent of sensations on the palate, with a long and convincing finish.
