The goal of West Fork Whiskey has always been to create great Indiana whiskey. We decided to resurrect the Old Hamer brand as it has a unique place in the history books of whiskey in this great state. Its mash bill of 99 percent corn and 1 percent malted barley is very similar, if not identical, to that of what the Hamer family would have used while creating their whiskey. We feel this brand is an accurate representation of great Indiana whiskey.
