TASTE Powerful, flavourful, fruity, good acidity, smoky aftertaste, toasty, long finish.

VINEYARDS More than 25 years old.
FEATURES Both processes, the fermentation and maceration, were carried out in stainless steel vats at 28º C getting colour and structure.
AGEING 12 months in (60%) French and (40%) American oak barrels.
COLOUR Ruby in colour with a purple hue.
NOSE Black fruit aromas, well balances with the oak, bringing sweet spicy and nice toasty notes.
TASTE Good structure. It is tasty, sweet, well balanced, with pleasant smooth tannins and toasty reminders on the finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 15 - 16ºC.

TASTE Very fresh, with good acidity, flavorful, fruity, well balance, complex, with a long finish and slightly bitter aftertaste.
