The Raven was brewed in honour of the great American writer, Edgar Allan Poe, who, through his pen, eloquently expressed himself like no other. Through his exquisite poems, short stories and criticisms, Poe captured the imagination of the world. The Raven is brewed in Baltimore, the home of Poe, in honour of this classic poem. Tell Tale Heart IPA Your first experience with this IPA is the citrus bouquet from its rocky white head. The initial taste is subdued but gradually becomes intense without any harsh bitterness. Annabel Lee White. A Belgian style "wit" (white) beer that is meant for to cool you off in the hot weather. (or any other time). Light effervescent, refreshing and slightly sour. Refreshing with slight citrus, coriander & sour orange peel notes.
This is an unfiltered wheat beer, please give the bottle a gentle shake before pouring.
Malts: Pale 2-Row, Unmalted Wheat, Light Munich Malt
Hops: Hersbrucker. Alc: 4.5% ABV

The Cask, named for the Poe short story The Cask of Amontillado. A dark, smooth, sweet, full-bodied & robust beer that warms the insides from its 8% alcohol. Serve in a snifter glass. Bricked in Double Bock.

Hops: Hallertau, Hersbrucker. ABV: 8%

Pendulum Pilsner is a rich velvet smooth, yet clean, dry and crisp pilsner of a pale gold color. The complex mix of hops and malt creates an elegant floral nose and delightful taste that is very drinkable without overwhelming even the most tepid beer drinker. Not overly bitter but just enough of the hop to enjoy their subtle complexities while still enjoying the smooth, and almost sweet taste of the malt. Serve Pendulum in a tall glass to enjoy the carbonated bead and the steady white head that laces the glass and taste why Pendulum Pilsner is a cut above the rest.

The Raven Special Lager is a perfect balanced lager beer that goes well with any kind of food, but particularly with spicy food or when you just want to sit down and enjoy a beer with friends.  With a shot of Woodford Reserve chased with chilled Raven Special Lager is a near perfect combination. The rich golden colored beer is an exceptionally smooth Southern German lager, somewhat malty but well balanced between the hops and malt.  Experiencing the clean finish and pleasant lingering aftertaste of The Raven Special Lager, one can truly say that The Taste Is Poetic.

Dark Usher

Dark Usher is a German-style Kölsch that is dark but still of the classic Kölsch taste with soft and subtle fruit flavors and aromas. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel, this 4.8% abv German ale having only noticeable noble hop nose and bitterness is worth falling for.
