Sola Chardonnay Paso Robles - A balanced California styled chardonnay, for a change. Interesting citrus and green apple aromatics linger while peach and citrus flavors mix on your palate with a slightly creamed elegant finish.

Sola Zinfandel Sierra Foothills - A classic Sierra Foothills flavor profile of blackberry, plum and rugged open field spices. The finish is a silky mouth feel, with a hint of black pepper, that leaves flavors lingering on your palate.

Cooperage: 50% in stainless tanks; 50% in barrels for 10 months.
