LEYENDA DE MEXICO BLANCO TEQUILA 100% AGAVE - The Sleeping Woman –
Thousands of moons ago in Mexico, a young man, a warrior strategist who was famous for his skill in the art of war, met a beautiful young woman with whom he fell instantly in love with. He decided to go to her father and ask for his permisión to marry her and unite their lives forever, however, her father was not a very important man in the war so he make a decisión in his favor.
He would give his daughter´s hand to that young warrior, but in exchange he asked the warrior to fight in his name. The young man accepts, and promised to return victorious, in order to obtain the love of his life. It was a prolonged and tedious war and the warrior had not been seen for a long time.
The young woman began to anguish and suffer for her love. One day she saw a visión, that the young warrior had died in battle, for this reason the woman became more sad than ever, and became sick longing for her love. Long and anguished nights passed by until one morning her father found her immersed in a deep, eternal sleep.
The next morning the sun was shining down on the valley and the sounds of victory were heard. Leading all of the warriors in the sounds of victory was the young man. He was coming forward with a great joy that he could now be happy beside his beloved.
His heart broke when he learned of such unfortunate news. He cried out to the sky, asking the gods for an explanation. Then he carried the body of his beloved and climbed across the valley and up to the mountain, there he lay on the top of the mountain and decided to watch her sleep eternally, with a torch burning.
The gods, seeing that act of love, decided to eternalize the couple by covering their bodies with snow and enshrining them for eternity. there is the sleeping woman and her warrior in love, with his burning torch of fire. Throughout the centuries we can still see their two lovers, on top of these two great mountains in Mexico, known as Iztaccihuatl and Popocatepetl.

LEYENDA DE MEXICO REPOSADO TEQUILA 100% AGAVE - The Eagle Knight -
The war was the main concern of the ancient Aztec Empire in Mexico (1325 BC-1521 BC). It was known that the army was made up by a great selection of warriors divided in six orders, SNAKE, JAGUAR, WOLF, DEER, COYOTE and GRASSHOPPER.
It was right of nobility to be able to be selected into the army but only the merits of war could give them the degree of these six special orders that only a few reached. And as a gift they would receive the honor of the mission to accompany the sun, when they died.
Legend tells that there were no other orders within the military army, until one day an honest, brave and courageous warrior changed the story. All for great love. This young man was in love with an Aztec princess.
He wanted to ask for her hand to marry her, and to be able to unite his life with his beloved. But there was a great impediment, the warrior had no title of nobility or anything to offer to gain acceptance and the hand of the princess. So he decided to confront the orders and demonstrate what he was able to do.
He was sent out to many battles and numerous tests were put upon him in order to see if he could survive, but tirelessly and repeatedly he won each one of them.
When he was in the most important battle, the warrior demonstrated not only his bravery , and courage, but the skill of directing troops. In that most important battle the enemy had killed the leader of the troops and without a second thought, after seeing his fellow warriors discouragement by the death of their leader, immediately took the command. After he returned from the war, the council of the orders met and decides in recognition of the brave warrior, to grant him the title of a brand new order, EAGLE KNIGHT, and with this title he gained lands and treasures that he could never imagine.
The father of the princess decided to give his daughters hand in marriage.
Today the princess and the EAGLE KNIGHT are together beside the sun demonstrating to the world that love does not comprehend obstacles, barriers, wars or titles of nobility, love destroys bridges, crosses across walls, and wins battles to succeed.

LEYENDA DE MEXICO ANEJO TEQUILA 100% AGAVE - Sun and Moon -
When the God finished creating the world, he decides to give it a final touch... light!. It was then that he placed a special power upon the sun and the moon an illumination that nothing else could ever have.
When these two stars met for the first time, it began this great love story and they decided to share their love with the universe they would have to live apart. To the sun the "Astro King" the assignment was to illuminate the day, giving warmth to all the humans, and to the Moon the "Queen of the night" the assignment was to illuminate the dark nights, be an asylum for lovers, and the leading character for endless, immeasurable poetry.
Upon knowing that they would have to live apart, both entered into a state of depression and sadness. They thought that they would never meet again and it would be impossible to live their truth.
The Moon the Queen of the night, despite her brightness felt lonely without someone beside her. Being the Astro King, the Sun had gained all of the sky and the heavens by his side, but this could not erase the emptiness that was left by the moon living apart. Distraught for his beloved, the sun decided to go to God ask for help. He asked God to give the moon companionship so she wouldn´t feel the loneliness.
God in all his immense goodness gave her the stars in the sky, and decided to create the cycles of the moon to give them both the opportunity to see each other again and live their truth.
Today the Sun and the Moon live waiting for an instant, a beautiful and unique moment that was designed and created especially for them to be together again. From now on when you look up at the sky and see the Sun and Moon at the same time, you will know that any love is possible.

AROMA - Subtle vanilla aroma, cooked agave, almonds and roasted hazelnuts, with light olives and caramel notes, and a persisting fruity scent.
BODY - Silky and smooth profile with a well-balanced body. Persistent legs due to its sedocity thanks to its more than 3 years in barrels.
TASTE - Velvety taste as it touchs the mouth. Due to its 3 years aging in barrels and the combination of white oak barrels and French barrel it has more pronounced notes of almonds and roasted hazelnuts, cooked agave and vanilla. Excellent to drink with a good coffee and a cigar, especially for the most demanding palates.
LEYENDA DE MEXICO EXTRA ANEJO 100% AGAVE - The Jewel of Eternal Love -
Within the Mayan Kingdom there was a beautiful princess named Cuzan, who was promise be married, by way of her father, King Ahnu Dtundtunxcaan to the prince of Nan Chapat Ek Chapat, the future lord of the Kingdom.
The princess did not accept the wishes of her father, because she was secretly in love with CHAPOL, a young farmer. They both knew that it was an impossible love, but every day at dusk after the sun was hidden they would see each other secretly, and their love became luminous.
When the king heard this news, he ordered for Chapol to be disposed of, but when he saw his daughter suffering greatly, he gave up his orders, and turned to the shamans, or "men of knowledge" of the town for wisdom and ordered instead for Chapol to become an insect.
As days passed, the princess drowned herself ina deep sadness for not having her beloved Meanwhile, Chapol was turned into a beetle.
A Shaman in the town was so touched by such a great love, he gave the princess that beetle, giving her the hope that every day just as the sun was setting, the beetle would become her beloved again. However, it would only last for a few minutes, but this would be enough time for the princess to feel loved and happy once again.
Because of her respect for king Dtundtunxcaan the princess had no other option than to accept the wishes of her father and marry the prince, Ek Capat, whom her father had chosen for her.
Yet still this did not separate her from Chapol, for to whom she swore her eternal love. When Ek Capat descovered that this beetle was nothingless than Chapol he tried to kill him but fortnately he always failed, because the beautuful princess did not let him out of her sight at any time.
Moved to desperation by the intentions of her husband Cuzan found a way to hide him in a precious jewel. She called upon the best jeweler to embellish and enhance it, who then pleaced a gold chain with beautiful diamons around it, so she could wear it around her neck and always have it close to her heart.
This was how the sunst became her best friend and accomplice, and that beautiful beetle become the most precious jewel she ever had.
